There is currently an issue affecting several Microsoft 365 clients, which may impact Outlook access.
What happened
Microsoft appears to have indavertently made a bakend change that disabled a critical system component known as the Microsoft Information Protection API for some tenants.
This change was not initiated by Visualize IT.
The Impact
Users may receive repeated prompts to sign in on the Microsoft Outlook app
