Please note our Upstream hosting provider is currently experiencing a large-scale DDoS attack affecting parts of their network infrastructure. We understand the disruption this causes and engineers are treating this as a priority incident.
Some customers may experience intermittent connectivity issues, increased latency, or timeouts while mitigation work continues.
We will continue to share updates as the situation develops.
What happened
Microsoft appears to have indavertently made a bakend change that disabled a critical system component known as the Microsoft Information Protection API for some tenants.
This change was not initiated by Visualize IT.
The Impact
Customers using the Dashboard or Cloudflare APIs are impacted as
requests might fail and/or errors may be displayed.
Engineers are attending to this issue at present.

Please note that Octotel is experiencing a service disruption
in the following areas within Cape Town:
Ruyterwacht, Kensington, Melkbos and Blouberg.
Octotel engineers are currently on-site conducting investigations.
